When I die
Will a piece of me still roam the earth
Searching for the parts of me I’m missing?
Or will I not even know I’m dead
And continue to restrict myself
Of challenging places
Because I have “too much to lose.”
Why must I feel I can’t be alive
To find myself

I need to learn to stop living in the knowing
